Shipping:
Every effort is made to complete your order and get it shipped to you as quickly as possible. However, due to heavy demand or the inability by the manufacturer to meet our needs, an item may be out of stock. This rarely happens, if it does, we will either offer to give you a complete refund, or complete the order as quickly as possible.
Most of our products will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS mail, therefore, we will need a street address for shipping purposes.
We will ship to the Continental USA. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii or US holdings, please contact us for additional shipping. Canadian orders, please contact us for shipping charges.
Returns:
We understand that sometimes the item does not meet your needs. We will gladly accept the return as long as we receive it within 30 days from the date of purchase. No return will be accepted without prior return authorization. All requests for returning merchandise must be made online. Please use the contact us link to email us with the following information:

We will then send you a RMA# (return merchandise authorization) along with return instructions.
Return Conditions:
- Returns requests must be received by us within 30 days of purchase
- All returns must be new and in their original packaging. Open or used products will be subject to a 10%, except on items where the manufacturer charges 20%
- Items showing damage or wear will not be refunded
- In the case of Dog fences, once the wire has been removed from the spool, the wire cannot be returned. The same applies if flags or splices have been used. In that case an adjustment will made to the refund.
- If we have shipped the order to you free of charge, our cost of shipping to you will be deducted from the refund.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipment cost. A tracking number must be obtained and available to us.
- Ergo Products must be returned directly to the manufacturer, 888-ERGOSYS. Ergo products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- The following products must be returned to the manufacturer and will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.:- Pet Barriers, Pet Stroller, Exercise Pens, Crates, Cages, Kennels, Gates, Booster Bath & Ramps and pet ramps.
- Petsafe Wire Break Locator is not returnable, and you must contact PetSafe at 800-7321-2677 for warranty service.
- Batteries must be in their original wrapping. If you feel your battery was not up to capacity, please contact the manufacturer.
The following additional items are not returnable:
- Batteries removed from blister pack
- Pet Beds
- Grooming items
- Flea & Tick products
- Litter Boxes & Litter Kwitter
